Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication and education, with the ability to inspire and guide individuals in improving their speech and presentation skills. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with clients to help them achieve their personal and professional communication goals.

Duties

- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess clients' speech patterns and communication styles.
- Develop personalized training programs tailored to individual needs, focusing on areas such as articulation, tone, pacing, and body language.
- Educate clients on effective speech techniques and strategies for public speaking, presentations, and everyday conversations.
- Provide constructive feedback and ongoing support to help clients track their progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Organize workshops or group sessions to facilitate peer learning and practice opportunities.




- Stay updated on the latest trends in speech coaching and communication practices to enhance service offerings.

Skills

- Strong educational background in communication, linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly.
- Experience in coaching or teaching, particularly in speech-related areas.
- Ability to swim is a nice-to-have skill that can enhance engagement during certain training activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for motivating others.
- Patience and adaptability to work with diverse clients at varying skill levels.
