Introduction

Robertson is seeking a skilled Mutual Funds Analyst to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate: Starting from $30 per hour

Location: Toronto, ON

Location Type: Hybrid

Business Hours:Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Process mutual fund trades and settlements
- Investigate and resolve transaction breaks and discrepancies
- Handle Fund SERV transactions and money movements
- Use Excel macros to support operational processes
- Provide customer service and respond to inquiries
- Maintain compliance with operational and regulatory procedures

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- University graduate in Finance degree required




- 5 years of Accountant experience required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, pivots, macros)
- Banking/Financial experience
- Tech Savvy- ability to pick up internal systems quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Trade settlements
