We are looking for a Current Car Sales Manager who thrives on coaching, enjoys being present and engaged with their team, and is motivated by helping others succeed.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive performance, support the growth of your people, and play an important role in the continued success of the flagship dealership.

What You'll Do

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives, helping them achieve both individual and team goals - Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, providing real-time coaching, support, and leadership - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement - Drive new vehicle sales performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the buying journey - Partner closely with the General Manager, Finance team, and dealership leadership to achieve business objectives - Monitor sales activities, performance metrics,



and market opportunities to maximize results - Support inventory management, merchandising strategies, and manufacturer programs - Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing future sales leaders - Champion customer satisfaction and ensure every interaction reflects the Steele Chevrolet standard What You Bring:
- Automotive sales leadership experience, preferably within a high-volume dealership environment - A proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop successful sales teams - Solid understanding of new vehicle sales operations and performance management - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills - A hands‑on leadership style with a genuine passion for mentoring and developing people - Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - A customer‑first mindset and commitment to operational excellence At Steele Chevrolet, success is built through teamwork, leadership, and a commitment to continuous growth.
