Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth overnight operations of our hotel. This energetic position combines guest service excellence with administrative precision, providing a welcoming and secure environment for all guests and staff. As a Night Auditor, you will oversee front desk activities during nighttime hours, handle guest inquiries, and perform financial reconciliations to maintain the integrity of daily transactions.

Duties

- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a positive experience even during late hours
- Manage overnight front desk operations, including reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting discrepancies promptly
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to ensure guest and staff safety
- Prepare detailed shift reports,



incident logs, and financial summaries for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or maintenance needs

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests
- Strong customer service skills with a welcoming demeanor and problem-solving mindset
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred, especially at the front desk or night shift roles
- Excellent attention to detail for financial reconciliation and record keeping
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is a plus
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
