As a Night Dough Controller, you'll collaborate closely with Line Operators and ensure timely and accurate dough production while following FIFO. Strong computer and problem-solving skills are key in this fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure documentation is accurate for batch making
- Fill out tags for Dough Racks accurately
- Oversee protected equipment operation and cleanliness
- Keep the workspace free from hazards
- Follow Food Safety and GMP procedures Requirements:
- High school graduation or equivalent required
- 1-3 years in a manufacturing setting
- Experience in food manufacturing preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
