Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Sciences, or Physics.

8+ years of experience with systems or structures EMC qualification and certification in the aerospace industry.

Solid experience with EMC qualification and certification for EMI, HIRF, LIRF, Lightning, and Electrostatics.

In-depth knowledge of RTCA DO-160, SAE ARPs, and FAA, TCCA, and EASA regulations related to EMI, HIRF, LIRF, Lightning, and Electrostatics.

Experience with EMC analysis, compliance assessments, certification reports, test procedures, test reports, and analysis reports.

Aircraft OEM or aerospace supplier experience supporting EMC qualification, certification, and compliance activities.

Experience with EMC testing, validation, design reviews, and identifying EMC-related technical, schedule, and budget risks.

Ability to support aircraft-level EMI, HIRF, LIRF, Lightning, and Electrostatic Discharge test procedures, testing oversight, and test report generation.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to work autonomously and support a hybrid work arrangement with periodic onsite presence as required.
