As a full-time position under the Management Personnel Plan, this role calls for a seasoned manager dedicated to maintaining campus facilities. The successful candidate will supervise skilled maintenance staff, manage budgets, and coordinate projects aimed at improving assets across Turlock and Stockton campuses. Strategic planning and stakeholder engagement are crucial in this dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and prioritize maintenance staff workloads
• Engage in recruitment, training, and employee development
• Administer contracts with third-party service vendors




• Lead renovation projects ensuring compliance with standards
• Monitor budgets for operations across campuses
Requirements:
• Six years of relevant experience, two in supervision
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and HVAC
• Experience working within collective bargaining agreements
• Valid California driver’s license required
