The Ethical Drift

CLE is the part of CI3 where people actually do things: move through the Competence Trap Wheel, complete diagnostics, submit participant intake, register, join the event experience, and continue into community experiences. The November edition uses CLE to make every part of the day work together: the diagnostic creates language, the intake shapes the room, the registration flow confirms participation, the event creates the shared experience, and the community pathway keeps the work alive after the day ends.

Being in the room is what you pay for, at the $20 minimum, and it is the part that cannot be streamed: small circles, and ninety minutes of the kind of long, honest conversation that only happens face to face.
