Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients.

Human Resources Exemption: No Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Other Education and Training ACLS training required upon hire Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS) Competencies Problem solving skills Critical thinking skills Communication skills Listening skills Organizational skills Knowledge and Abilities Knowledge in LEAN management system Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/Outlook) Sensitive and understanding of diverse cultural aspects of population served Responsible for accurate observation/documentation of patient related info.
