Nurse carries major responsibilities in providing nursing services in the home;

collaborates as a member of a multi-disciplinary team in assessing needs,

setting priorities for care and developing standards for care; participates in educational programs and performance evaluation process; promotes valuable public relations and participates, as required, in studies and research projects within the Home Care Program.

Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Two (2) years recent community nursing experience/broad generalist background Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Other Education and Training Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Nursing diploma is acceptable Other Information Ability to travel when required Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
