Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert leadership to Nurse Practitioners across PHC
- Champion clinical excellence and interprofessional collaboration




- Support development of NP practice and frameworks within PHC
- Guide strategic direction, mentorship, and policy development
- Ensure quality assurance in NP practice across the organization Requirements:
- Current Nurse Practitioner registration in BC
- Minimum 5 years of experience in complex health systems
- Active medical staff privileges with PHC or eligibility
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
