Key Responsibilities:
- Complete initial and ongoing occupational therapy assessments
- Develop tailored care plans including adaptive equipment
- Collaborate with physiotherapists on program coordination
- Maintain therapeutic relationships with residents and families
- Conduct in-service training and ongoing education sessions Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Two years of relevant experience, preferably with elderly populations
- Current registration with provincial regulatory body
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
