This vital role includes working 8- or 12-hour rotating shifts while providing leadership for nursing students. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver chemotherapy efficiently with training provided
• Plan and coordinate patient care plans
• Document patient interactions using computerized systems
• Actively participate in hospital-wide committees




• Guide and mentor nursing students in the unit
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse status with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum 2 years of oncology nursing experience
• Current certification in BCLS and oncology nursing preferred
• Solid interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities
