WoodGreen Community Services in Toronto is seeking a Case Manager for the First Steps to Home, Supportive Housing program. You will provide comprehensive case management, including assessment, planning, informal counselling and crisis response to tenants, supporting housing stability and well-being.

You will collaborate with the Living Standards Response Team to manage extreme cleaning, hoarding and pest control preparations, while maintaining records and adhering to anti-racism principles.
