setting expectations, providing guidance, identifying issues before they ariseTroubleshoot project logistics like scheduling, resourcing, budgetingFacilitate and manage production tools and processes: briefing documents, shotlists, schedules, spec sheets, dailies, client callsRequirementsProfessional experience in a relevant creative or production environmentExcellent communication (written and oral) and listening skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in managing your own work and deadlinesGood understanding of the animation process is a plusFamiliarity with G-suite, Coda, Figma, Syncsketch a bonusProactiveness and positivity :)Compensation$80,000-$120,000 CADJoin UsWe’re a Vancouver-based team, and the ideal candidate will work in a hybrid setup — part in-studio, part remote — so we can collaborate face to face when it counts.
