Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor - Commercial Cleaning to oversee daily janitorial operations across multiple client locations in Ontario. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel within the GTA and occasionally up to a 100 km radius.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Janitorial or Commercial cleaning industry, strong people-management skills, and the flexibility to work varied hours as operational demands require.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily janitorial operations across multiple sites
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance




- Support and manage site supervisors, cleaners, and subcontractors
- Ensure company standards and client requirements are consistently met
- Address client concerns, service issues, and urgent requests promptly
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment usage
- Prepare inspection reports and operational updates
- Support onboarding of new sites and contract transitions
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven experience in the Janitorial / Commercial cleaning industry (mandatory)
- Experience supervising multiple locations and teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required
- Ability to travel extensively within GTA and up to 100 km
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills (email, reporting, scheduling tools)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $47,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
