Title: Operations Supervisor

Location: London, Woodstock, and surrounding rural communities

Tentative start date: September/October 2026

About the Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for a portfolio of client sites throughout London, Woodstock, and the surrounding rural communities. You'll lead our frontline teams, build strong relationships with clients, and make sure every site consistently delivers the level of service Alpine is known for.

This is a field-based leadership role where no two days look the same. One day you may be meeting with a client, the next you're coaching an employee, completing site inspections, resolving an operational issue, or helping onboard a new team member. You'll work closely with both our clients and employees to ensure our operations run smoothly while creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

Our business operates around the clock, so flexibility is important. You'll regularly support day and night shift teams, complete occasional evening and weekend site visits, and travel throughout your assigned region.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple client sites Onboard, train, schedule, and support frontline employees throughout their employment journey

Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and recognition to help your teams succeed

Build strong working relationships with clients and respond to service requests, concerns, and operational needs in a timely manner

Conduct regular quality inspections and site audits to ensure Alpine's standards are consistently met

Monitor staffing levels, schedules, labour hours, and budgets to support efficient operations

Use systems such as Dayforce, OrangeQC, and other company technology to manage payroll, inspections, reporting, and daily operations

Ensure all concerns are addressed quickly and work proactively to prevent issues from escalating





Report facility maintenance concerns and follow through to ensure repairs are completed

Manage supply inventory and equipment while ensuring sites remain within budget

Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, incident reporting protocols, and applicable legislation and collective agreements.

Work closely with People & Culture, Health & Safety, Service, and Maintenance teams to support day-to-day operations What Success Looks Like In this role, success means:

Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across assigned sites

Provide consistent field leadership through regular site visits, inspections, and employee engagement

Build high-performing teams through coaching, training, and recognition

Manage people, resources, and budgets effectively to achieve operational goal

What You Will Bring

3+ years of experience leading and developing teams in a multi-site operational environment

2+ years of experience in commercial cleaning, facilities services, hospitality, or a similar service-focused industry A passion for coaching others and creating an engaged, accountable, and high-performing team culture

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally and proactively

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Confidence using technology such as Dayforce, OrangeQC,



and Microsoft Office to manage operations efficiently The ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail A valid driver's licence, clean driving abstract, and the flexibility to travel throughout your assigned territory
