What you would engage in:

- Conduct geochemical analyses of soil, rock, and water samples to assess environmental impact and identify potential risks associated with mining activities.
- Develop and implement geochemical models to predict long-term trends and assess the effectiveness of mitigation measures.
- Provide technical expertise and strategic advice to clients on geochemical aspects of mining projects, including waste management, acid rock drainage, and water treatment.
- Collaborate with engineers, geologists, and environmental scientists to design and implement monitoring programs and remediation strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and regulatory authorities.
- Stay current with industry developments, and best practices in geochemistry.
- Lead less experienced staff through the methodologies of TSF design solutions.

What we require:

- A degree in Geochemistry, Environmental Science,



or related field, master’s degree preferred.
- A track record of continued development.
- At least five years’ experience related to geochemical analysis and consulting, with a focus on the mining sector.
- Proficiency in geochemical modeling software and data analysis tools.
- An ability to build relationships with multidisciplinary project-based teams.
- Experience in a safety focused environment with near miss and incident reporting requirements.
