Visit us here to find out more about Accenture's Oracle practice: As an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits Consultant, your daily tasks will include: Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase. Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Payroll functionalities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures. Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues. Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 3 days per week at your local office.
At least 5 years real-time hands‑on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits modules Configure application functionality and assist with testing to ensure quality delivery Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English‑speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English‑speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
