Job Overview

As an Order Picker/Packer for our dynamic pressure washing company, you will play a critical role in our supply chain and customer service success. You will be responsible for accurately assembling and preparing orders containing pressure washing equipment, parts, and chemicals for our service teams and/or retail customers.

Responsibilities:

Order Picking & Assembly:

- Accurately read pick tickets and digital orders to select the correct pressure washing equipment, parts, and supplies (e.g., surface cleaners, hoses, nozzles, pumps, chemical injectors).
- Identify and pick specific cleaning chemicals and concentrates, paying close attention to product labels and safety data sheets.
- Locate items efficiently within the warehouse, which may include shelving, pallet racks, and dedicated chemical storage areas.

Packing & Preparation:
- Expertly and safely pack orders to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate materials such as bubble wrap, dunnage, and sturdy boxes.




- Assemble and stage orders for pickup by service teams or for shipment via courier services.

Inventory & Safety:
- Assist in receiving new shipments of inventory, verifying counts, and inspecting for damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workplace, free of tripping hazards and chemical spills.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.

Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully, especially regarding chemical handling.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: $21.78-$25.72 per hour
