- Handle a high volume of client calls professionally
- Make outbound calls based on marketing initiatives
- Provide tailored quotes and close policy sales
- Respond to online inquiries via chat and email
- Assist clients with payment and policy changes Requirements:
- Minimum two years in property and auto insurance sales
- OTL General Insurance License valid in Ontario
- One year of tenure with same employer
- High school diploma; post-secondary education a plus
