- Implement and enforce high safety standards within the department
- Develop and manage TMF Operational Manuals and Plans
- Ensure continuous production improvement through KPI optimization




- Oversee budgeting for metallurgical and assay lab operations
- Mentor personnel on best practices and safety measuresRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical or a related engineering discipline
- P.Eng. registration or ability to achieve it
- Project Management Professional qualification preferred
- 8+ years of relevant industrial experience
