Location: Pickering, ON, CA Operating Sector: Nuclear Position Title: Project Procurement Manager The Project Procurement Manager reports directly to the Aecon Nuclear Procurement Manager and is responsible for establishing the overall strategy and programs for procurement warehousing, materials and subcontractor management in close cooperation with other partners of the Alliance. The Project Procurement Lead ensures that the project is fully supported from a procurement standpoint in an integrated, productive and cost effective manner. What You’ll Do Here Lead and manage the full procurement lifecycle to support the overall success of procurement activities for the Pickering Steam Generator Replacement project. Engage in early demand planning, develop a procurement plan, handle tendering,



market solicitation and negotiate procurement of equipment, material & components, including nuclear safety related materials. Review purchase requisitions and related documentation to ensure clarity, completeness, quality assurance compliance, proper authorization, delivery requirements and mode of transportation. Provide technical expertise for issuance of standard and quality related RFQs to qualified vendors based on Aecon’s Approved Suppliers List (ASL). Assist the Procurement Manager in developing project specific procurement plans and, when assigned, take the lead in developing such plans. Negotiate major contracts for best price, delivery terms,
