Key Responsibilities:
• Implement recruitment tactics outlined in annual plans
• Facilitate campus tours and recruitment presentations




• Analyze data to track recruitment success
• Collaborate with college departments to streamline admissions
• Produce marketing materials for outreach initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Business or Marketing
• 2 years of experience in recruitment or advising
• Exceptional public speaking capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• BC driver’s license and transparent Criminal Background Check
