Marie, ON, the Materials Testing Lab Technician – Mining will report to the Project Manager and will have a wide range of duties which ultimately focus on providing materials testing, civil engineering, and mining survey support. This is a 3‑month contract and is a new position. The wage range is $25.00–$30.00 hourly.What You’ll Do:Perform materials testing, including on‑site tests, soil sampling, and data collectionPerform laboratory testing of soils and concrete in strict accordance with the applicable standards, including documentation and reporting of resultsUndertake civil construction inspections, including QC & QA monitoring to confirm compliance with approved drawings and contract specificationsBe responsible for material quantity controlPerform compaction testing of granular material at specified lift intervals using a nuclear densometerPlease note that this job description is not meant to be an all‑inclusive statement of every duty and responsibility that will ever be required of an employee in the job.Who You Are:You are excited to join a team that enjoys working together and camaraderie at camp after workYou relish work in a remote setting on a 2‑week‑on,
