Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery while leading a team of up to 7 Packaging employees. This role requires a strong focus on product quality, operational efficiency, safety, and teamwork to ensure production targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machines to ensure efficient production.
- Ensure pouches are properly sealed, coded, labeled, and packed according to company standards.
- Perform routine quality inspections to verify product and packaging accuracy.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor operational issues.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and report any mechanical concerns promptly.
- Lead and coordinate a team of up to 7 employees to maximize productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Assign workstations and ensure team members follow standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment.
- Follow all GMP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.
- Minimize product waste and use materials efficiently.




- Work closely with production and quality teams to achieve daily production goals.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience operating packaging machines in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong knowledge of packaging equipment, machine operation, and basic maintenance.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of quality control, GMP, and food safety practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing production-related tasks.
