Kiddo Physio is looking for a part-time or full-time, Pediatric Physiotherapist to join our amazing team. New grads are welcome. We provide in-home physiotherapy services to children from birth to 21 years of age, within the eastern part of Durham Region (service area is flexible within our catchment area). There is potential for some in-centre sessions also. We are looking for someone who is passionate, high-energy, fun and has a child-like imagination to go along with their stellar physiotherapy skills.

Experience working with babies/ children, including both neuro-typical and/or with special needs is a must.

Key requirements:

-Be registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

-Carry professional Liability Insurance.

-Have a personal vehicle, with insurance and a valid driver's license

-Have a valid criminal record check with vulnerable sector

-Be able to develop a treatment plan according to the patient's individualized needs in collaboration with the family and other professionals

-Believes in the importance of educating the patient and their family

-Commitment to quality care and service delivery

-Experience and a basic understanding surrounding working with babies/ kids with physical and/ or cognitive disabilities as well as neurotypical kids with injuries, delays and other pediatric and general MSK conditions

-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

-Excellent organizational and time management skills

-Valid first aid/ CPR certificate

Pay: $48.00-$56.00 per hour
