Role Overview: As part of our dedicated store team, you will deliver excellent customer service, achieve robust sales results, and create engaging customer experiences. This is a seasonal fixed-term position expected to continue until October 2026.

Key Job Accountabilities:

- Support the Store Management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of excellent customer service
- Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring the store is clean and organized, and the shelves are well stocked
- Engage with customers and make product recommendations based on their specific needs
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, current sales and promotions, and store policies





Skills/Competencies:

- Interest and ability to connect with customers to drive customer engagement
- Understanding of sales and customer service practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic and eager to learn
- Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and move products up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent reaching, bending, crouching as required
