We are looking for a long term part time Dental receptionists (10-15 hours) for our modern and friendly office in Thornhill.

The clinic opens on Monday (10-7), Tuesday and Thursday (10-8), Friday (10-3), and Saturdays (9am-3pm, clinic is closed on long weekend Saturdays). Weekday schedule is flexible, but two Saturdays a month is required.

Software we use: Maxident and RecallMax

Responsibilities inlcude

· Greeting patients and potential patients in a friendly manner

· Scheduling and confirming appointments by phone, email and text

· Liaising with insurance companies regarding patient dental perks

· Submitting dental insurance claims electronically for patients

Qualifications

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Fluent in both written and oral English

· Reliable and punctual

· Proficient with basic computer applications

· Experience as a Canadian dental receptionist or dental assistant required (minimum one year).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
