We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PART TIME Optical Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in optical services and retail sales, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. You will play a crucial role in helping patients select the right eyewear and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that meet their needs and preferences.

- Provide expert advice on lens options, coatings, and frame styles.

- Conduct measurements for eyewear fittings, ensuring accuracy for optimal comfort and vision.

- Maintain an organized display of eyewear products and ensure inventory levels are adequate.

- Process orders for eyewear, including verifying prescriptions and managing laboratory work.

- Educate patients on proper eyewear care and maintenance.





- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to products or services.

Skills

- Proficient in using optical equipment and tools.

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to eye care.

- Experience in retail sales, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

- Familiarity with optical products, including lenses and frames.

- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced retail environment.

- Experience in retail management is a plus.

- Knowledge of laboratory processes related to eyewear production is beneficial.

- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is advantageous.

- Friday: 11am -7pm

- Saturday: 11am -7pm
