Part-time (10-15hrs/week, Mon-Thurs) physiotherapy clinic receptionist position, in a modern, physiotherapy/massage therapy clinic. We are a rapid-paced, established, multidisciplinary clinic located in Stittsville.

PART-TIME HOURS - up to 15 hrs/week.

THIS IS NOT A SUMMER POSITION - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK PAST AUGUST

Position includes free parking, monthly team meetings, and a collaborative fun work environment!

We focus on sports, orthopedics, Women’s Health (including Pelvic Physiotherapy), massage therapy, and custom orthotic consultations, inside of our renovated facility. We assess and treat general orthopedic conditions (neck, back, knees, post-surgery rehab, jaw pain, etc.), services include craniosacral therapy, Vestibular Rehab, Concussion Rehab, acupuncture, and dry needling.

Responsibilities include:

Front-line & administrative duties:

- Client scheduling and payment processing.
- Customer service and phone & email correspondence.
- Online payment processing for Blue Cross clients.
- Administrative duties: scanning, faxing, photocopying, and digital filing (no paper charts).
- Assist with clinic invoicing and receivables.

Clinical support:

- Assist with clinic health, cleaning, and safety procedures.

Growth & development:





- Assist with policy and program development for clinic processes (office forms, etc.).
- Assist with marketing, advertising, and social media content and scheduling.

What we're looking for:

Qualities:

- Friendly and energetic.
- Passion for client/customer care.
- Fast learner and strong multitasker.
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral & written); French beneficial but not necessary.

Skills & experience:

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Sheets; Clinicmaster experience is an asset.
- Background in hospitality or customer service is an asset.

SPECIFIC WORK HOURS/SHIFTS TO FILL:

- Monday - 4:00-8:30pm
- Wednesday - 3:30-8:00pm
- Thursday - 3:30-8:00pm

**Expected start date is August 17th, 2026** Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
