- Provide care following nursing standards and physician orders
- Assist in assessment and monitoring of patient care
- Manage and evaluate nursing and personal care staff

- Provide leadership in absence of the Director of Care Requirements:
- Current nursing certificate from approved institutions
- Registered/eligible for registration in the province
- Experience in community or long-term care
