You will perform nursing assessments, coordinate care plans, and respond to medical emergencies while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:

- Complete nursing assessments and health-care plans
- Respond to medical concerns and emergencies
- Administer treatments within CNO standards
- Monitor medications and coordinate care recommendations
- Educate staff and families on health conditions Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Post-graduate experience with developmental disabilities
- Solid assessment and problem-solving skills
