- Complete resident care assessments and documentation

- Coordinate care conferences and manage transfers
- Supervise care and medication administration by Unregulated Care Providers
- Respond to medical emergencies and resident concerns Requirements:
- Current registered RN status in applicable province
- Experience with seniors and care coordination
