Enhance customer experiences as a Parts and Service Advisor with us. This role involves advising customers on services, ordering parts, and maintaining excellent communication throughout. As a key part of our service team, you will work directly under the Service and Parts Managers.

Your responsibilities include preparing for service appointments, advising customers on maintenance, and providing necessary parts estimates and quotes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will interact with customers regularly to meet their needs and handle inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and document vehicle concerns promptly
- Prepare accurate repair orders and parts estimates




- Follow up with customers about repairs and costs
- Assist in sourcing out-of-stock parts and managing inventory
- Manage cash transactions and customer inquiries efficiently Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar advisory role
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and DMS tools
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally Deliver exceptional service and technical guidance to enhance our customers' automotive experiences.
