:

- This is a full-time position.
- Book air travel reservations and provide travel information and assistance to customers, travel agents, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide pre- and post-booking support, including reservation changes, cancellations, and other related services using the airline reservation system.
- Use airline reservation and ticketing systems to make bookings, calculate fares, issue tickets, and prepare daily sales reports.




- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management and supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in Canada. Employer sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Must have a post-secondary diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in the airline industry is preferred.
- Customer service, sales, or call centre experience is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese are required.
- Proficient in using computers and able to learn new systems and concepts quickly.
