Duties

- Assist the pastry chef in preparing ingredients for baking, including measuring, mixing, and portioning doughs and fillings

- Pack baked goods efficiently for display or delivery, ensuring freshness and quality are preserved
- Maintain organization of kitchen tools, ingredients, and workstations to promote efficiency during busy periods

- Support overall kitchen operations by cleaning utensils, equipment, and work areas regularly
