We're looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to help build a positive, welcoming, and patient-focused practice.

What You'll Do

Coordinate daily front office operations and patient flow

Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression

Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient schedule

Manage billing, accounts receivable, and insurance claims

Communicate confidently with patients and the clinical team

Help foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative office culture

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience

Strong knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling

Excellent communication and organizational skills A proactive multitasker with a positive attitude

Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and working as part of a team





Schedule

Full-Time

Flexible schedule with a combination of morning and evening 8-hour shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

$25–$28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
