We are looking for a Patient Care Manager who will oversee patient care operations, support healthcare teams, and contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of hospital services. This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare professional who can coordinate clinical activities, mentor staff, and ensure patients receive excellent care throughout their healthcare journey.

You will work closely with nurses, physicians, and hospital departments to strengthen care delivery, improve patient satisfaction, and support a culture of safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care Management: Coordinate daily patient care activities and ensure services are delivered according to hospital policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulations.

Healthcare Team Support:



Work with nursing staff, medical professionals, and support teams to improve workflow and maintain effective patient care services.

Quality Improvement: Monitor care outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and assist in implementing initiatives that enhance healthcare delivery.

Staff Guidance and Mentoring: Provide coaching, support, and feedback to healthcare team members while promoting professional development.

Patient Experience Management: Address patient concerns, support service improvements, and help create a positive healthcare experience.

Operational Coordination: Assist with staffing plans, departmental communication, and daily operational priorities.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, nursing coordination, clinical services, or patient care management. Experience supporting or supervising healthcare teams is preferred.

Education: Degree or diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Services Management, or a related healthcare discipline.

Leadership Skills: Ability to coordinate teams, manage priorities, and support efficient healthcare operations.

Communication Skills: Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of patient safety practices, healthcare standards, and quality improvement processes.

Pay: $6,520.00-$7,600.00 per month
