Working with the HR team, the person will play a key role in ensuring compliance, process reliability, and quality of the employee experience. Your Main

Responsibilities - Manage the entire payroll cycle (Quebec and other provinces).

- Ensure legal compliance and data reliability.
- Administer group insurance and retirement savings plans.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and benefits.




- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the integration of HR tools (HiBob, Nethris, Evolia).

Required

Profile - Excellent command of the entire payroll cycle.

- Valuable knowledge of labor and payroll laws in Canada.
- Proficiency with HR technology tools and Excel.
- Rigorous, discreet, and service-oriented.
- CHRP certification (an asset).
