What will your day-to-day look like?

- Work closely with the Payroll Manager, Senior Analyst and Business Units to accurately process all requests in accordance with existing processes.
- Respond to requests from employees, managers, or government authorities.
- Support analysts when implementing system changes.
- Perform various pay adjustments and calculations.
- Contribute to HR Services process improvement activities, such as understanding customer needs, analyzing processes, and recommending improvements.
- Provide team support for services such as reporting and special projects.
- Report any system malfunctions.
- Support the project team during year-end activities.

What do you need to be successful?

- 1-3 years' experience in payroll.
- Knowledge of Global View by ADP or SAP.
- Analytical skills.
- Comfortable with Excel.
- Thorough knowledge of national and local payroll legislation.
- DEC in administration or INP (Institut National de la Paie) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Solid organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Understanding of the complete payroll cycle.
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines.
- Available for occasional overtime to support payroll operations.




- This position is part of a French-speaking work environment; it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
