Army is seeking a dedicated Peer Support Worker to assist clients in the Men's Treatment program during weekends. You'll monitor client activities, support their acclimatization, and facilitate important step-work meetings. Additionally, you'll perform administrative duties and maintain ethical relationships within a multi-program facility that serves diverse community needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor client activities and provide moral support
- Facilitate weekly Step-Work Group for clients




- Administer evening medications and assist with intake
- Maintain documentation of client interactions and check-ins
- Report concerning behaviors to appropriate staff Requirements:
- Experience in peer support or related field
- Comfort working with vulnerable populations
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Understanding of recovery principles and confidentiality
- Ability to work weekends from 2pm to 10pm Contribute your skills in support, documentation, and client engagement to foster recovery at The Salvation Army.
