Become a key player in driving insights at Dentalcorp as the People Analytics Manager. You will deliver impactful enterprise reporting and analysis to enhance workforce strategies across Canada and the U.S. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations Strategy & Insights, the People Analytics Manager plays a critical role in delivering actionable data pertaining to recruitment, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

This role requires a strong analytical background to develop dashboards and insights that help leaders make informed people decisions. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely reporting of key workforce metrics, advocating for data-driven strategies that enhance employee experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Own the enterprise people reporting suite with various frequencies




- Develop and maintain workforce performance dashboards
- Conduct statistical analysis to validate workforce metrics
- Identify workforce risks and retention opportunities
- Partner with teams to ensure consistent reporting Requirements:
- 5–8+ years in people analytics or related discipline
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI
- Strong foundation in quantitative methods and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
