Job Summary: PeopleSoft Finance Developer – 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting PeopleSoft Financials applications.

Strong experience with PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, SQL, and nVision.

Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Management (AM), Purchasing (PO), Billing, and Expenses.

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, and batch processes.

Develop and support integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party applications using Integration Broker, REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, and JSON.

Optimize SQL queries, Application Engine programs,



and batch processes to improve system performance and reliability.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolution for application defects.

Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Support application upgrades, patches, PeopleTools upgrades, and migration activities across development, test, and production environments.

Develop technical design documents, unit test plans, and maintain system documentation in accordance with organizational standards.

Experience working with Oracle Database, SQL tuning, and performance optimization in a PeopleSoft workplace.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.

Preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and the latest PeopleTools versions.
