Thales Canada is seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer to support the Engineering Change Program for the Royal Canadian Navy fleets under AJISS. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, design, implement, and document modifications to shipboard mechanical systems, including propulsion, hydraulics, HVAC, and piping.

You will develop skills in mechanical design, engineering analysis, and change management while ensuring safety, reliability and cost objectives.
