Analyze plans and specifications for projects (street lighting, traffic signals, underground duct banks, CSEM). Evaluate labor, material, and equipment costs for projects ranging from $100K to several million dollars. Work in close collaboration with the project director. Collaborate with project managers, technical lead, and estimation assistant. Qualifications Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering estimation.
