Commercial Roofing Foreman / Journeyperson

Location: Regina, SK

Our client is a well-established and highly respected commercial and industrial roofing contractor with decades of experience delivering quality roofing solutions across Saskatchewan. They specialize in the installation, repair, and replacement of flat roofing systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.

Position Overview

The Commercial Roofing Foreman / Journeyperson plays a key role in leading and executing roofing projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. This position requires strong technical expertise in flat roofing systems, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work setting. Travel to various job sites will be required.

What You’ll Do

- Lead installation, repair, and replacement of flat roofing systems (BUR, SBS, single‑ply)
- Oversee job site safety, setup, and execution
- Supervise and mentor crew members




- Ensure projects are completed on time and to high‑quality standards
- Travel to project sites as required

What You Bring

- Certified Roofing Journeyperson preferred; however strong consideration given to candidates with significant, relevant experience
- Proven leadership in commercial roofing environments
- Ability to read drawings and work at heights in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Comfortable working at heights, in varying weather conditions, and travelling for project work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Remuneration

You remuneration for this position will consist of a base salary between $90-120K, signing and retention bonuses, company truck and cell phone, full benefits and RRSP matching, relocation support if required.
