PLAN Edmonton is looking for compassionate people to fill the role of a Personal Network Facilitator in Edmonton. A facilitator assists individuals with a disability and their family, to create a network of support that is going to be there today and long into the future.

A network has family, paid support and people who are there because they care, friends and allies.

You must have experience or training working with people with a disability, be community minded & have strong interpersonal & networking skills. You will be self motivated and be able to keep accurate records of your time. You will be guided by the Network Coordinator,



and the family/families and be part of an amazing team of experienced facilitators that will be available to mentor you.

This is a very casual part-time contract position ideal for someone wanting to supplement their income, work casual hours only and/or have flexibility to accommodate varying days and hrs. including weekends and evenings. You will be working with multiple families and their loved one with a disability to facilitate a network of people. This is much different than support work!

You will be helping to connect someone to their best life, and people need people to do that!

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
