We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Part-Time Personal Shopper to join our team at Park Royal . If you enjoy working in a performance-driven retail environment where exceptional customer service is recognized and rewarded, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Personal Shopper, you will deliver an exceptional shopping experience while contributing to the success of the store through personalized service and strong sales performance.

Your responsibilities include

- Providing qualified bra fittings and personalized styling recommendations
- Building long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
- Achieving individual sales and productivity goals
- Identifying customer needs and recommending complete solutions
- Maintaining product knowledge across all collections
- Processing sales transactions accurately
- Assisting with merchandising, replenishment, and inventory management
- Maintaining an organized, clean, and inviting sales floor
- Working collaboratively to achieve store KPIs and sales objectives

Must-Have Qualifications Required:

- Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed individual sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail environment




- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to perform personalized product consultations and recommendations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise when required

Availability Requirements This position requires availability on:

- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday
- Sunday
- Monday

Applicants must have flexible availability to work:

- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Weekends
- Holiday shopping periods

Expected hours: 10–20 hours per week Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following experience is considered an asset:

- Lingerie, fashion, beauty, or specialty retail experience
- Commission-based selling experience
- Experience performing bra fittings or personalized styling consultations
- Clienteling and building repeat business
- Visual merchandising experience
