As part of Ayr Farmers Mutual’s Underwriting Team, you will play a crucial role in protecting what matters to our Policyholders. This position requires at least two years of personal lines underwriting experience and offers a chance to directly impact our communities.

Your responsibilities will include evaluating insurance requests, ensuring exceptional customer service, and providing insights for system improvements. Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate personal lines insurance requests for risk and premiums
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Policyholders




- Foster relationships with Agents and Brokers for portfolio growth
- Gather policy data and consult on underwriting decisions
- Provide feedback on system enhancements for efficiency Requirements:
- Post-secondary education strongly preferred
- At least 2 years of underwriting experience
- CIP designation or working towards it is a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of personal lines products
